Something about Mew floating in that ring, the bold yellow POKÉMON arch overhead, the whole energy of it just said take me home. So we did. And then we gave it a colorway worthy of a legendary.
Galactic felt like the only direction — deep black as the base, purple, pink and blue bleeding through like a nebula, letting that yellow text cut through like a beam of light. The contrast between the cosmic darkness of the dye and the brightness of the graphic is honestly one of our favorite things we've ever created. We didn't overthink it. We just trusted the shirt and it delivered.
Mew is one of the original 151 — rare, mysterious, and beloved by anyone who grew up in the 90s with a Game Boy in their hands. This one's for them. The nostalgic ones. The ones who still feel something when they see that name.
