This is exactly the kind of shirt that finds you when you need it — a meditating skeleton sitting in perfect stillness, surrounded by a hypnotic pink spiral, reminding you that composure is a practice not a destination. That message lives at the heart of everything Soft Soul is about and we couldn't walk past it.
The colorway was built around the graphic's own energy. We wanted to deepen the hypnotic feeling of those two spirals — the one printed on the shirt and the one we were about to add — working against and with each other at the same time. Darker tones layered into the original yellow, burgundy and slate blue pulling through to meet the black text. There was a real risk of muddying a lighter shirt with darker dyes but we trusted it and it paid off completely.
And those spots where the bleach only lightly lifted the original yellow? Those stayed. You can see the shirt's original self peeking through in places and honestly that feels very on theme for a shirt about practicing composure — layers showing through, nothing fully hidden, everything exactly as it should be.
Modern boho energy. The person who does their errands with good music on and leaves every room a little better than they found it. ❤️
Each reworked shirt carries its story: small signs of wear, possible stitching quirks, and natural fading that add to its lived-in authenticity.
